2012 Best Recruiters Announced

ClearedJobs.Net announces the 2012 Best Recruiters in the security cleared community.

At each Cleared Job Fair security-cleared job seekers vote for the defense and government contracting employers who provide the best recruiting experience. The top three companies at each Cleared Job Fair are recognized as Best Recruiters.

The 2012 Best Recruiters will be honored at a special invitation-only breakfast event November 15, at Windows over Washington at the DoubleTree Crystal City. This year’s keynote speaker will be Gerry Crispin, Chief Navigator for CareerXroads, and an industry champion for recruiters providing the best possible candidate experience for job seekers.

Crispin’s views on employment strategy, hiring processes and staffing technology are sought by many of the world’s most competitive corporations. Crispin has co-authored nine books, written more than 100 articles and whitepapers on cutting edge staffing and technology topics, and publishes a newsletter tracked by 50,000 recruiters. Crispin is also a Board Member of the Talent Board, creator of the “The Candidate Experience Awards,” which evaluates and rewards companies on the best practices for keeping the candidate experience a key part of the recruiting process. The 2012 Candidate Experience Awards were announced at this year’s HR Technology Conference in Chicago last month.
