Free Resume Reviews and Career Seminars at a Cleared Job Fair

Posted by Kathleen Smith

We want to make sure the security-cleared job seekers who attend Cleared Job Fairs are successful. To that end we offer some added extras that you don’t typically see at a job fair.

First off we provide professional one-on-one resume reviews from 11am-3pm. These are 5-10 minute sessions where a job seeker can talk directly to an HR professional about their resume particulars. We offer these sessions on a first-come, first-serve basis and they are very popular.

Then we offer a series of seminars throughout the day led by ClearedJobs.Net HR Strategist Patra Frame. Our schedule for next Thursday February 3 at the Westin Tysons Corner includes:

10:30am – 10:45am Smart Start: What to Say to Recruiters at a Job Fair

What can you do to improve your chances of making the right connections that will lead you to the job you want? Learn some simple steps to get the most out of any job fair and to maximize your results. This session will be repeated from 11:00am-11:15am.

11:45am – 12:15pm Resumes – Quick Tips to Get to the Top of a Recruiter’s Pile
