Military Spouse Appreciation Day 2013
In 2009, ClearedJobs.Net launched an effort to publicly recognize military spouses on Military Spouse Appreciation Day, first proclaimed by President Ronald Reagan in 1984.
ClearedJobs.Net’s military spouse appreciation endeavor is an exclusive Twitter-specific initiative using the Twitter handle @milspouseday. Military spouses from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces are honored, and this year’s @milspouseday initiative is Monday, April 29 through Military Spouse Appreciation Day Friday, May 10, 2013.
Our goal is to recognize military spouses who often must endure months apart from their loved ones, uprooted lives, and the general uncertainty that comes with being the spouse of a military member.
Do Know a Military Spouse We Should Honor
