Operation Jump Start supports wounded warrior’s military-civilian transition

Posted by Kathleen Smith

Last night we met John an Operation Jump Start beneficiary who just relocated to the DC area to start a new position with a major defense contracting firm. John was seeking professional business attire as he starts his new civilian life after serving in the Marine Corps.

Operation Jump Start is a program of the Aleethia Foundation which encourages attendees to donate gift cards and new or nearly new professional business attire to assist wounded warriors as they begin their transition to the civilian work world.

We were honored to take part and encourage you to support our wounded warriors in any way you can, even if it’s simply thanking them for their service to our country.
