L3Harris Technologies Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $46,369,592 contract modification (P00158) to previously awarded contract FA8823-20-C-0004 for Maintenance of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) sustainment services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $645,729,988. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Eglin Air Force Base, Florida., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2024. Fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $17,642,914 are being obligated at the time of award. NAVY

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is awarded a $33,884,719 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00005) to a previously awarded contract (N0001921C0001). This modification exercises an option to procure 50 Distributed Targeting Processor – Networked (DTP-N) B-kits, 50 DTP-N A1-kits, and 25 DTP-N A2-kits, as well as DTP-N cyber security and data support for DTP-N full rate production in support of implementing anti-surface warfare capability in the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft for the Navy. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed in September 2025. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $33,884,719 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Raytheon Technologies, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $21,596,222 modification (P00026) to a previously awarded, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N0001919C0079). This modification adds hours to finalize the design, integration, and to conduct test and evaluation in support of Phase Two for the Maritime Strike Tomahawk (MST) rapid deployment capability. Additionally, this effort provides for joint flight test to be performed which will provide additional data for MST integration of hardware and software. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be completed in September 2024. MNDPI Pacific JV, Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $98,000,000 modification to previously awarded firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract N62742-20-D-0004 for structural, waterfront, and other projects at locations under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Pacific. This award brings the total cumulative value of the contract to $285,000,000. Work will be performed within the NAVFAC Pacific area of responsibility including, but not limited to, Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (70%); Australia (10%); Japan (10%); and Hawaii (10%). The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of July 2025, or until all task orders have been completed. The total cumulative value of the contract is $269,191,804. Work will be performed at Camp Lemonnier (81%); Manda Bay, Kenya (15%); and Chebelley Air Field, Djibouti (4%), and is expected to be completed by November 2023. This contract provides for Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) civil engineering squadrons with facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization. Cyber Systems & Services Solutions, Bellevue, Nebraska, has been awarded an estimated $8,307,341 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract FA8773-18-D-0002 for Defensive Cyber Realization, Integration, and Operational Support (DCRIOS) services. CAE USA Inc., Arlington, Texas, was awarded a maximum $49,709,615 hybrid fixed-price, fixed-price incentive, cost-reimbursement undefinitized contract action for the F-16 Block 70 Training Simulators program for the Taiwan Air Force.  This contract provides for the procurement of hardware, hardware and software development, integration, testing, and delivery of training devices for the Taiwan Air Force. Work will be performed in Arlington, Texas, and is expected to be completed Jan. 31, 2026. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Taiwan.  This contract was a sole source acquisition. FMS funds in the amount of $8,123,377 are being obligated at the time of award. Olympus America Inc., Waltham, Massachusetts, was awarded a $22,310,158 firm-fixed-price contract for aircraft engine borescope kits, spare insertion tube modules, and repairs. This contract provides for production for the first five years and repairs continue for 10 years. Work will be performed in Webster, Texas, and is expected to be completed Nov. 30, 2032. MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

Infinity Technology Services LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado (47QTCA19D00KF), is being awarded a competitive firm-fixed-price, General Services Administration federal supply schedule task order (HQ0854-23-F-0005). The total value of this task order is $40,036,771, including unexercised options. The Cyber Threat Hunting program detects, identifies and mitigates, through use of advanced tools and capabilities, adversary attempts to steal, manipulate, or otherwise alter Missile Defense Agency (MDA) classified information, controlled unclassified information and intellectual property resident on its own networks and those of its defense industrial base. Under this order, the contractor will support MDA and its specified program offices by providing technical services in support of MDA, and other government agencies, in the areas of cybersecurity, cyber threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence and countermeasures identification.
