NAVY

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, Kongsberg, Norway, is awarded a not-to-exceed $329,000,000 firm-fixed-price, undefinitized contract action for the procurement of 175 medium caliber cannon Protector Remote Turret 20, hereafter referred to as Turrets, for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle Medium Caliber Cannon (ACV-30) vehicles for Full Rate Production Lots 5 and 6. The Turrets procurement includes program management support; tooling development; associated turret hardware, interfaces and software; logistics management information data development; training materials development; technical manual development; and field service representative and training support for integration and fielding. The funding obligated at time of award will procure material and associated services only. The contract action will be definitized on or about Feb. 18, 2025. Work will be performed in Johnstown, Pennsylvania (100%), with an expected completion date of June 4, 2028. Inc.,* Marlboro, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0024); CER Inc.*, Severna Park, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0025); Belt Built-CFM JV,* Crofton, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0026); EGI HSU JV LLC,* Rockville, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0027); Desbuild Inc.,* Hyattsville, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0028); and Tidewater Inc.,* Elkridge, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0029), are  awarded a combined $100,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award construction contract for repairs, renovations, new construction, and alterations to shore facilities and utilities within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington area of operations (AO). This modification provides for an increase to the maximum dollar value of the contract. The current combined total value for all eight contractors is $398,000,000. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $498,000,000. Work will be performed in NAVFAC Washington AO. The term of the contract shall not exceed July 2026. Future task orders under this contract will primarily utilize military construction and operation and maintenance, (Navy) funds. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Manson Construction Co., Seattle, Washington, was awarded an $11,160,000 modification (P00009) to contract W9127N-23-C-0005 for dredging. Red Six Aerospace LLC, Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $20,975,050 firm-fixed-price strategic funding increase contract for augmented reality for aircrew and special teams’ development and integration. This contract provides the engineering and integration efforts required to advance, develop, integrate, and install the Red 6 Advanced Tactical Augmented Reality System. Work will be performed at Hurlburt Field, Florida, and is expected to be completed by May 1, 2027. This contract was a sole source acquisition under Small Business Innovation Research Phase II. Fiscal 2024 research and development funds in the amount of $7,719,549 are being obligated at the time of award. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded a $20,589,475 fixed-price incentive (firm-target), firm-fixed-price modification (P00011) to a previously awarded contract (N0001922C0004). This modification converts the four Lot 7 and four Lot 8 CH-53K Israel Air Force aircraft to the Israel Unique Green Configuration for the government of Israel, as well as to provide airworthiness support. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed in December 2027. Lockheed Martin Corp., Liverpool, New York, is awarded an $8,662,442 fixed-priced incentive (firm-target) modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-21-C-6113) to exercise options for Navy equipment. Corvid Technologies LLC, Mooresville, North Carolina, has been awarded a $9,990,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, ceiling increase modification (P0002) to a previously awarded contract (FA8651-20-D-0085) for further development. The modification brings the total contract ceiling from $4,999,000 to $9,900,000. Work will be performed at Mooresville, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2025. AAR Manufacturing Inc., Cadillac, Michigan, was awarded an $8,409,582 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract for 463L legacy cargo pallets. This contract provides for 4,209 pallets that will support the effective transport of air cargo on specific aircraft. DEFENSE COUNTERINTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY AGENCY

A3 Consulting LLC, Baltimore, Maryland, has been awarded an $11,527,792 task order under contract 47QTCA18D00D3 for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). Five proposals were received for this task order. This labor-hour task order HS0021-25-F-0001 provides the Office of Personnel Management Personnel Investigations Processing System Imaging System development, operations, and maintenance support services with an estimated completion of Nov. 11, 2029. Fiscal 2025 DCSA defense working capital funds in the amount of $4,834,459 were obligated at the time of award.
