I assist in recruiting and hiring of personnel and in developing and implementing short- and long-range plans to support client engagement requirements.
Why do I want to work for St. Michael’s
The heart of St. Michael’s success is our Core Values: Excellence in reputation; Commitment; Candor; Teamwork and Dependability. Do you target transitioning military
Yes, St. Michael’s Inc. is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and we love our Veterans. No, not usually.
What are the toughest security cleared positions for you to fill and why
Top Secret Clearances with Full Scope Poly it’s hard to find people for any positions with this level of clearance, because they are fully vested with the company they are working for.
What’s the most inappropriate thing you’ve seen on a resume
I came across a candidate who had on his resume that he had gotten a position and after being there for a week he didn’t feel like the company met his expectations so he left.
