Our co-hosts, Kathleen Smith and Rachel Bozeman, will interview a new guest each week to help job seekers uncover the details they need to make a smart career move. We’re excited to help job seekers navigate the process more smoothly by learning about the contractors and agencies they may want to work for.

Her career has spanned several decades where she has learned that transparency, creativity and a sense of humor are the secret sauce to hiring success. This podcast brings together Rachel’s passions: cleared careers, sharing advice and laughing with her pal Kathleen.
