*Train of Pain* Bicycle Team Is Back!
The Train of Pain bicycle team we sponsor each year is back and this time, with a social media vengeance! This year the team has launched their new Facebook page which has some wonderful status updates and photos from the road and beyond.
The regular stream of information posted on Facebook provides interested third parties, like us, with interesting tid bits and a window into the biking adventures of these self-proclaimed “rapidly aging has-beens clinging to their Glory Days and testing the very limits of Lycra with a tour through the climbs & descents of SoCal in May of ’10.”
For those who need a quick refresher, the Train of Pain is a Southern California bike team consisting of military members — all from two Special Operations groups:
- Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) …and…
- Naval Special Warfare (NSW or SEAL)
The remaining members of the team are made up of older and former athletes that still want to belong to a group or good cause like our very own Carter Goodnough, Director of Sales.
