Many of their field engineer openings are located overseas and they have a diversity program which focuses on assisting wounded service members who are in transition.
TS and TS/SCI clearance levels represent their primary recruitment target for the Mission Systems division. CNA | Dee Brown
CNA is a non-profit research group in Virginia and they recruit for many research-related positions like Data Analysts, Research Analysts, and Data Scientists. Dee says CNA can clear most of their roles which is a big plus for candidates new to the cleared community.
Advice from Dee includes building a great resume that focuses on accomplishments – listen in to hear about her A+B=C formula for success. While CNA is not bound to chain of command communication, Dee stresses that good communication skills are vital for success, along with having a curious nature.
