Raytheon Missiles & Defense | Tony Gilbert

The company values at Raytheon M&D are very similar to those of the military – and people live those values. Tony says that their employees believe the company mission is bigger than just them. If you’re looking for a cleared job that makes you proud, this may be the place for you.

Raytheon M&D has 1,100 security-cleared opportunities waiting for transitioning veterans, many of them with remote possibilities. They have a robust SkillBridge program and their Veteran Transition Development Program is open to vets and their spouses. What are you waiting for? You can reach Tony at [email protected].

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems | Madelyn Spence

Northrop works on programs related to mission critical systems that keep our military safe. Madelyn believes this makes a natural fit for transitioning veterans. Their San Jose location has many openings for software candidates, along with systems engineers. Many of their field engineer openings are located overseas and they have a diversity program which focuses on assisting wounded service members who are in transition.

TS and TS/SCI clearance levels represent their primary recruitment target for the Mission Systems division. The work/life balance offered by Northrop with a Family First philosophy gives them a competitive edge over big tech firms. Madelyn believes recruiters are your best ally in a cleared job search, so start building that relationship today by reaching out to her on LinkedIn.
